ABOUT

Harold Booker Jr. has distinguished himself as a tech leader, working with clients ranging from construction firms to Wall Street institutions. Across industries, Booker has consistently demonstrated his ability to solve complex problems and serve as a bridge builder—connecting people, systems, and ideas to drive results.

He is the founder and principal of DrewJenk Consulting, where he has delivered solutions for clients including the California Integrated Transit Project, California High-Speed Rail, Clemson University, The Baltimore Times, and the Greater Baltimore Urban League, among others. Prior to launching his entrepreneurial ventures, Booker spent a decade in the construction industry leading software implementation and change management efforts across K–12 education, higher education, government, and private sector organizations. His portfolio includes work with the nation’s first and third largest housing authorities, a billion-dollar transit expansion, and the Obama Foundation’s Presidential Library.

Booker has served on the boards of several alumni, education, and nonprofit organizations. A proud native of Beaumont, Texas, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a concentration in Business from Morehouse College. He is a certified Project Management Professional® (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master® (CSM), and is an active member of numerous civic and professional organizations, including the Project Management Institute, National Urban League, 100 Black Men, and is a lifetime member of the Morehouse Alumni Association, NAACP, and the Young Men’s Business League.

Beyond his professional work, Booker has traveled to 47 states and over 30 countries, bringing a global perspective to both his personal and professional life. He enjoys live music—especially Broadway shows—and values experiences that inspire creativity, connection, and culture.
